This new generation of Electronic Cigarette is developed with new atomizer design and eliq-cart cart technology with significant vapor. The atomize has very low power consumption. Q: What is Eliq-Cart?
A: Eliq-Cart is a new generation of the electronic cigarette cartomizer which contains only E-Liquid inside without any sponge material. Eliq-Cart is a boiling permanent cartomizers. No longer will you need to drip constantly inside your atomizer. It is safer to smoke without burning of the sponge material. There is no burning smell any more. It contains much more E-Liquid and get much more effective smoke quantity with the new technology of cartomizer.

* To protect the battery and make the battery life longer, the battery has the three click protection system. The Cartomizer may not be refilled with the E-Liquid for the secured shipment. You need to refill it with the E-Liquid you have ordered. You can refill the E-Liquid easily with the Syring inside the cartomizer, and connect it to the battery, then you are ready to use it. Do not inject the e-liquid in the middle hole. You should inject the e-liquid in the special hole which is located at the side as shown in the followings:
Caution:
- Do not refill the E-Liquid to complete full level. It's better to refill the e-liquid inside for just about 70%.
- After using some period, it is normal that there is some vapor liquid inside the Cart Shell. It is not the leakage of the e-liquid. You can just use some tower paper to clean it.
- Please do not put Elips near by any high temperature object, otherwise the heating element inside the Eliq-Cart might be broken from too high temperature.
